hi! my son is 3 1/2 years old and he is very fussy over is food. once he has a little bit and his stomach is a little full, he refuses to eat. i ensure that i make variety of nutritious food, but that too he refuses. i'm really worried about his food habits.
secondly he catches cold very often and that is also a reason for his less intake of food. kindly advise me.

Hi
My son is 17 month fussy eater and a little young to comprehend bribing. However, if he was older and need be, I would try bribing as long as the reward is healthy. I guess as long as it is done in moderation it should be OK and does not make become a habit. At the end of the day your child has eaten a good meal counts more than how he got to eat it. May be in the process he may begin to like food and may start eating more as he would have developed a taste. A suggestion would be to try bribing for only one of the 3 major meals of the day or every alternate day so he knows it will not work everyday or every meal. I guess as long as you control the bribe it could work.
Well Good Luck.
