I am currently staying in Delhi and that too alone with hubby. This is my first pregnancy after 1 misscarriage last year. I am really scared and confused as to what to eat, donot like any food. Can somebody help me!!!

I have also been terrible at eating the right foods, just dont have an appetite. Its worse when u are alone since one doesnt even feel like cooking! I do have a craving for something in particular but then by the time i finish preparing it, Im like...YUCK! and just dont feel like eating it afterwards, So my mom finally decided to do something abt it and she's here with dad and they have been making sure Im stuffing myself! haha! My advice.....call mom NOW!!! and nothing better than mom's haath ka khana when u r down and out! Take care and eat well! shagun replied. Thanks so much for replying.. I stay in the U.S with my husband. So I can understand what you're going through.

Are you having morning sickness? I had it pretty bad last week. I'm in my 10th week. I feel better now. But don't feel like eating much - sometimes forcing food down.

Keep experimenting with different types of food. I can't eat well cooked food like rice, dal. So I eat rotis with dry sabji, egg whites, sprouted green gram, lots of fruits, toast, crackers.
