I was just going thru all the postings. I am very curious to know how you came to know that you have concieved. I am trying to concieve. It will be helpful for me to know well in advance if I am pregnant.

well, we had started planning only a month before, and the month I conceived, as soon it happened, I felt hungry a lot, kept eating a lot also, (which I don't usually do/I eat very less), I did not feel comfortable in my regular jeans, I had to wear bigger sizes. (Which is very abnormal for me to even think about weight gain cuz I am underweight and tried to gain weight for a long time but did not happen.
For all these reasons, I actually did my HPT couple of days earlier than my period date, it came negative and I waited couple of more days and it was positive again.
If you are trying, just make sure you already are taking pre-natal vitamins, and there are couple of tips to conceive: Don't get up suddenly after making love, just lie down for at least an hour. Also, try having sex every other day, once you finish your periods.
These things helped me a lot and I was pregnant in the first month.
