Hi!
My son os 11 months old, and has been sick for the past 15 days now. the doctor says that he has been contracting viral infection again and agian. now in the current infection, poor thing has watery eyes, blisters in his mouth, fever, and body ache. its a pain to see him in this state. he is also teething nowdays. last week only he prodced 4 teeth all together.

Are any of you also having problems with teething. Does teething really have an effect on health in such a way. my Doc denies it totally but all elders at home say its becasue of teething!!!

I just want him to be fine. he has not been eating properly also. babies should not be sick, thats it!!

Hi Ruchi,

Dont worry. These are symptoms of teething only. Even if the doctors denies, the elders are right . After all experience counts. Be cool and this will stop.

I dont know whether you believe or not but you get a necklace sort of thing in the Medical Shops which needs to be tied in the neck to stop all the teething problems . I had tied to my son and I got a good experience. You can also go for homeopathic medicine which is widely known ( I cant recollect the name ) which is used for the same. I think it is DENTONIC . - PLEASE CHECK BEFORE U GIVE, PLEASE.

Fever and diarrhea are common in teething. Blisters in the mouth could be from chewing on stuff. I am sure your kid will feel fine soon. Its a rough phase and will pass soon.

Yes, I have heard of DENTONIC that it relieves most of the teething problems. One of friends had started her son on Dentonic homeopathic pills since he was 4 months old and never had any teething related problems. But yes, its best to check with an experienced homeopathogist.

Also, I would be interested in finding out more on the necklace? Is this available in the US?
