I have about 80 lbs to lose, and Iam scared of getting loose skin, what can i use for it.

As the other user said... Weight loss of 2-3 lbs a week is healthy...
because you are talking in Pounds.. I believe you are outside India... Weight watchers is an excellent program that will help you lose weight healthy...

hey good luck losing the weight...dont use creams or liqid gels as these cause flabby skin and while excercising lift light weights to tone and tighten skin .

the key is not to lose it to quickly...skin needs to balance accordingly with your weight..and also, firming will help it not to loosen. good luck
