Raagi powder if needed as baby cereal its better to buy Raagi from any grocery store and make powder at home.

Method:
First wash raagi and dry it then grind it to very fine poder and store it in a airtight container. Then for preparing the cereal add 3-4 parts of water to 1/4c of raagi and boil till raagi is cooked. NOw bring the mixture to room temperature and serve.

Note no need to add sugar or salt.

Hi,
You will get Raagi or Naachni in any grocery shop. Whole raagi seed looks like mustard seed.
You can wash it, dry it well and powder it at home only. Don't need to add anything.

You get raagi powder also in the market. It's called raagi malt.

take care
