Waiting to try:recurrent miscarraiges

i had 2 recurrent miscarraiges 5 months apart. 1st one was at 10 weeks it was a spontaneous one. 2nd at the first scan at 7 weeks showed a blighted ovum. i was devastated first time i was consoled that it happens once but the second time ???? i am a very health concious person never thought it could happen to me. also i have a wonderful daughter who is 31/2 years from my first pregnancy. the first pregnany went smothly without any complications so i was all the more confused.
so i decided to go in for tests to see what was the problem. an endometrial biopsy showed i have TB of the endometrium. so i am on medication for that . i had uterine adhesions which were removed. i tested positive for a clotting factor. for this i have to take a baby aspirin one month before i next conceive. i am praying hard for the next one to be smooth and successful. for that:
i am on a healthy diet
started yoga classes
praying
trying to be happy
am i missing out anything?
why did the clotting factor not affect my first pregnancy?
should i take progesterone this time around?

Hi Neha,
Yes I did the IgA, Igg and1 more Ig something[sorry, can't remember]test to make sure the TB was cured. Its unsafe to conceive if one is not cured fully. If it is not, u may need medication for few more mths.
If the Dr feels u could have a prog. deficiency, she will prescribe a test. Otherwise u will just have to persuade her to do it as you have already had a couple of miscarriages. It is actually a good idea to do the test. If she refuses, go to another Gynaec and see if it can be done. Will surely pray for you.
Regards,
Ayesha

Hi Neha,
I have a similar story. I was diagnosed as having TB of the tubes. I took anti TB medication and by God's grace conceived with help of IUI after few mths, and had a healthy baby. As the Dr suspected clotting factor I too had to take baby aspirin and concieved immediately. So don't be disheartened. You too can conceive. But my suggestion is to wait atleast 2-3 mths after stopping TB treatment. The 1st 2 cycles of IUI done for me immediately after TB treatment did not work out.Your Dr will be able to tell you if you need progesterone after doing some tests. Maybe your 1st baby was a miracle and u concieved inspite of the clotting prob. Don't think about such things too much. U r doing the right thing by doing yoga and eating healthily. Now its only a matter of time. All the best!

hi ayesha,
thanks it felt good.
ok i have some more Q
my doc said we need not do any tests to check progesterone levels as my cycles are regular. but i am scared that my cycles might be regular but my progesterone levels low, and that might cause me to miscarry.
also i want to know if you did any test after you completed TB med to see if TB has completely been cured?

Hey, Hope you are doing well. Well don't Worry. Somethings are unplanned. You don't need to worry about it. When there will be right time for it, You will conceive. there is no fixed right time.
