Dear Shyameli/ friends
Thanks for the info on food chat.
PL. tell me how to make dalia...u told to mix rawa/milk/jaggery/almond..mix and heat and grind ...right
My doubt is how jaggery should we add. Doc. recommended no cow's milk till one year. So can i add my breastmilk. Or i will mix it with water. How many almonds should we add for 1 time food and should we soak it in water the previous night to remove the skin or dry fry with the skin...pl. tell me the full recipe of it.
I'm very eager to do that and give it...

hi bharathy,

U can make a watery paste of jaggery and add the cooked daliya.You can start with one almond and gradually increase to 2/3.soak it overnight and remove the skin and grind.
