Do any of you give almonds to the baby ? Can I know how u make it . I guess its supposed to be good for them.

hi disha,

i agree with sudha.I also give two almonds to my daughter.I make a paste by rubbing the badam in the sandalwood stone.U can also as said by sudha soak the almond in the night and give it the next morning.

hi,
if ur baby is 10months old u can give him/her 1 almond/day.soak it overnight in water and make it into a paste.give him as it is or mix with the food .start with 1 almond and gradually increase the no.but not more than 3or 4.i used to give it to my son.
