Hii everybody,

I have been charting my BBT this cycle and till friday my BBT ranged between 97 and 97.05. This weekend my BBt was 97.2(on saturday) and 97.5( today,sunday). I am also using ovulation predictor kits to predict my ovulation and i have been getting a negative result till yesterday. My cycle length is 31 days and i had the first day of my last period was on the 6th of novemeber so i am supposed to ovulate around the 22nd.

Can anybody tell me if i have already ovualted this cycle cause there has been an increase in my BBT. please let me know.

If you have been the OPK the right way (i mean not drinking much of liquid, etc for four hours ) and it is negative then i think that you might not have ovulated yet ....

My doc has always told me that the period when you ovulated can be found only later using OPK, i mean i think they say that you ovulated if your temp remains high always after that .. i.e. even if now you are at 97.2 , but it drops again to 97.0 and then rises back to 97.4 and remains there (or rises), then the second drop si the time when you ovulated ....

So my advice would be do OPK properly , since that is more error-proof that BBT ...

This month even i am having the same problem & exactly facing the same.We are trying from past 6-7mths still no luck.So when i asked the same que in the site,they told me that it might be anovulation.try googling this term u ll find answers.
As I have the same problem.I feel it better to consult a Gynec so that she can do the tests and tell us what exactly is happening.
Also try going to a good reputed doctor,when she conducts some tests,pls discuss with others and know what exactly it is.I have plans of going in DEC 1st week.I can tell u then.
