When my nipples were cracked I used a product called Lansinol - it's made by a company called Lansinoh and it was a cream to put on the nipples that was safe for the baby. In terms of the inverted nipples, some people use nipple shells - I would ask your pharmacist or doctor where you could get these in India. You put the shell on your nipple and it will assist in keeping your nipple erect. Hope that gives you a direction to go in.
