I ate very little unitl this past week . My problem is that I dont like the smell of or the taste of Indian food. how's that for cutting out most of my diet! I have stick with sandwiches or italian and mexican foods. But even then pretty bland. I think its pretty normal to have an aversion at this stage. Try to eat some dairy, cheese, milk, yogurt this way you at least eat something with protein.

Food aversion is very common but pls. dont stop eating at all. eat whatever u like . take small meals frequently instead of taking larger ones at one time. dont eat a lot of empty calories.

good luck and bye

I have posted a question few days back ,, but unfortunately never recived a reply on that. Anyway.. i am noe 8 weeks pregnant .. and i am facing the same problems in an acute manner. But u know one needs to force some food in u as it is for the baby now.. and at this growing stage it needs good food. Ask the gyane about what vitamins one can have to feel hungry.

Hope this helps

Hi Purnima,
Congratulations! I'm 9 weeks pregnant.

I too am facing the food problems. I'm just trying out different things to see what might appeal to me. For e.g. I hate rice and dal right now. But I'm able to manage rotis with dry sabji. I eat egg whites or soak green grams overnight and eat them for protein. If you don't like milk, you can try buttermilk or curds. Check out raw vegetables like baby carrots, cucumbers.

Hope you feel better soon.

Diaper Service Provider,Bangalore
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Diaper Service Provider in Bangalore? They generally provide cloth diapers and replace them with a new set every 2-3 days.

Thanks in advance
