Hi,
i have a question can any one tell me what r various variaties of home made preparations i can give as breakfast, lunch n dinner for my 12 months old baby ,he is not yet chewing ,of course he eats only idli,now we r going back to india ,n want to stop slowly the jarred foods ,as they r very expensive in india.i nedd all ur suggestions.

Hi Sirisha,
Home food for babies are so much easier to make. You can make dalia / rawa / ragi for your baby's breakfast. Add milk, sugar, almonds and cook well. Dalia preperation can be grounded before serving, as dalia is granulated. For lunch you can prepare khichdi with rice, dal, mix vegetables, paneer etc, add little ghee to it. Various fruits are available in the market, you can give your baby fruits in raw or stewd form.

Don't worry, once you are here you'll get lots of advices from your near & dear ones.

Thanku u so much for ur reply ,u told me to add almonds ,can u tell me the process clearly with rawa or dalia ,i give him rawa often.where do u stay i`m coming to hyderabad
