Reading a post on a Discussion Forum I am confused. The post is from a lady who is going to adopt a child. May be she does not have her own child due to any medical reason. But surprising thing in this post was that she had some questions about breast feeding. I am myself going to a mother first time in next about two months and a week. My general knowledge says when a women is pregnant, she delivers her baby and becomes a mother in next one or two days milk supply comes in her breasts. How it is a women he adopts a child, does not become pregnant, does not deliver would get milk in her breasts for breast feeding. i think its wonderful that its possible for adopted babies and moms can experience the benifits and joy of breastfeeding.
