i known my boyfriend for 5 years, and been together as a couple for 3 years. i love him a lot, he says he loves me and cares for me. one day we start to talk about marriage, he asked me who will i marry, i thought he was joking, then after he said he CAN NOT marry me becsuse it will be against his dad wishes, his dad wants to pick a gal for him, then he said that he will be always mine, but i think that is wrong, blc who ever he will marry, we will wrack her life and i would not like if that happen to me. do u think he loves me? sometimes i feel he using me
so much happen between us, i can not let everything go, i let him do what ever he wanted blc i thought he will marry me.
reallllllllllly sad replied. what should i do? my mom knows that i love him, i agree he is using a lame excuse to break up with, but i love him a lot, i think i should break up with him, but how what should i say or do???

Looks like your bf was leading u on. wherein all the while he knew he didnt want to marry.you shud have asked him the question before 3 yrs when things got serious. Dear such men will not be truthful to any relationships.Get yourself out of it. It will be painful for awhile.But better now then later when he announces he is engaged.Good luck. post back. sangini replied. So sad when u come to know the person you had spent 3 years is asying such hurtful words, ask him what is he doing right now when he wants to marry some-else who his father will ask to and is it ok in their culture to have a relation with one and marry with one, see if situation would have let to your departure something really drastic at the stage of your marriage and you both could marry means both were honest but life and destiny did not allow but here it seems he has made up his mind already.
Its ur life you can do what u want but why don't u save ur love and devotion for somebody more serious and honest, this guy is not serious at the moment may be later who know but please get me wrong answer is leave him move on, he is taking u forgranted and yes he is using u for his pleasure and telling you on yor face that he is not ready for commitment, i know 3yrs is a pretty long time but people who don't value others value that also their loved ones i think he doesnot love u ...

Just forget about him and move on with your life. If he really loves you then he will come looking for you, otherwise you are better off without him.
