I have a 15 month old baby boy and I need some ideas or recipes for feeding tofu. It os said that tofu is high in protein. So can someone help me? Thanks in advace. BTW we live in NJ. Thanks in advance.

bala Aarti replied. There is firm, extra firm and soft tofu available here in US. you can mix soft tofu with pureed fruit (peach/apple/mango/banana). it is easy to swallow.

there are some baby-friendly recipes on the internet which use firm tofu. i don't remember but they are for tofu sticks.
