Hello Archie,
I suffer with severe bloating and intestinal gas in my post ovulatory phase. And since past few months it is even more. Could you please suggest how to get relief?
And secondly, I would like to know whether the frequency of intercourse matters to get pregnant? We intercourse once or twice in 10days. And we both don't have much sex drive may be because of other financial or educational tensions in life. But since the time we planned for the baby, we are trying to intercourse daily once on the fertile days. May be not always on all the 5 fertile days..but atleast 3 to 4 days out of the 5 fertile days. Is this frequency OK..or do we need to do more? archie replied. keerthi,
if you know your ovulation day and have intercourse 12 to 72 hours before that even once should be fine.
I recommend OPK and have intrcourse for three days from the day you detect surge. and that's it. But do not think of the process too much, just enjoy the intimacy.
