Any home remedy for bronchial asthma,pl. help di bh replied. Hey my MIL was suffering for asthma too.It was worse when she went to art of living classes.But after taking classes for only 1 month she has recovered well and does lot of breathing exercises as learnt in class.You shud try it.Now she is healthy and does the housework single handedly without anybody's help.best of luck try it. I have asthma...every year during winter it just comes(I live in US), BUT this year i have not taken antibiotics..And it has reduced alot.I am in the stage of curing process.I have taken simple home remedys..take 1 tea spoon honey with warm water in the morning in empty stomach.Smell honey filled pot(put under nose)just smell it with long breath..see the diffrence..drink warm water always, no cold or iced water.Avoid indian spinach, fridge food, specially yogurt.Main thing DO PRANAYAM TWICE A DAY.IF POSSIBLE TAKE \" ART OF LIVING\" -\" SUDARSHAN KRIYA\" COURSE.It is a very powerfull course breathing technic + spirituality.(Please note that i am not marketing for this course, I am writting which has worked for me).Good luck.
