I need some advice please.My son is almost 3 years old.The other day i noticed a streak of blood in his stool and i have been terrified ever since. What could be the reason.He weighs 12 kgs and is quite a troublesome eater.

Hi Akanksha,
You should consult a doc. However it may not be aything too bad, my son has also had this problem..in his case it was constipation..the stools were hard and had caused a slight cut while he was doing potty, thats why the blood. In any case, i took him to the doc who told me this, but also did a check up. At thiage food is always a prob, he needs either more fibre or more liquids in his diet if he has constipation.
