dear, i have facing a problem related with my bra sizing. how to measure it. i found many different way. some web site mentioned that at for band size at 5 or 4 with the measurement. but i got some site mentioned that if the measuremnt is more than 33. add 3 not 5. so i am confuced which one is accurate. should i always add 4 or 5 no metter what is the measurement. plz help me NIsha replied. hi, dear sis, see as per my research i have also been searching the site for this query since long time,and the effective way found was as follows,

Band Size :- Take a measure tape and take a measure from just below the fullest part of (Bust)breast under the armpit,remember the tape should not be to tight nor loose.then when u get some measurement,say 26 then add 4\" to it or in case 27 then add 5\" so the number should come to 1> 30inches or 2> 32inches.so this way you get Band size ,remember bra sizes comes in 30,32,34,36,38,etc sizes so u need to do above mentioned thing to obtain this type of size,

Now the second part,

to find cup size , means that part of bra which holds Breasts,

Cup Size :- take the measure tape and measure around the fullest part of (Bust)Breast under the armpit,and if the measurement is anything like 29,31,33,35 etc then add one and make it to the nearest even number.remember to measure keeping the tape not too loose nor to tight.by this u will know your Cup Size.

After Finding the measurement in part one and two , subract the lesser from the higher measurement.
for example .

by band measurement was 26 after adding 4\" it came to 30 \" ,means my band size is 30inches.
and then my Cup size measurement was 32\" .
hence for knowing my bra size,i need to subract 30 from 32 which gives 2 inches of differnce, so the differnce gives cup size of bra like ,1 inche differnce = A, 2\" = B.3 \" = C and so on.
