when is the right time to start giving yogurt my baby is 11 month old.Pls advice

I have been giving my son yogourt since he was about 10 months. We don't have any dairy allergies in my family so I thought I'd give it a try. He loves it. Just make sure that if you're going to give yogourt that it is full fat as babies need the fat for brain development.

the best time to feed yougurt will be after 1 year.you can buy baby yougurt at markets or make yougurt at home with whole milk
