Can anyone tell me a gud prenatal multiviotamin u get over teh counter in the pharmacy in india, its for one of my friend in india.shes planning for a baby.. thanks , looking fwd a reply

Hi! I wud suggest your frnd sees a gynae for vitamins. Shudn't go for over the counter ones as during preg. or when preparing for, better get one's self chkd for individual needs.
