hi! From what i have found out, i also think that suji and rava are the same things. For fat in india you could have given ghee, if it is not possible there then you can give more butter in things but try to give unsalted. Then you can also give whole milk which has fat. You can give biscuits soaked in whole milk . Being thin is not a problem as long the baby is active and healthy otherwise. You can also give fruits mashed mixed in yoghurt. bye.

Hi! Dalia is cracked wheat, that i know ,but what is this rava you asked ,about this i don't know. Peanut butter comes in jars like jam etc, try to get it at any supermarket. It is better to get the creamy one as the other one is crunchy or with pcs of peanuts so that might not be easy to eat for the baby. Where do you stay? I'm sure you have supermarket nearby that stocks peanut butter. Just one teaspoon is enough to use . You are welcome and hope your baby likes this .

Hi,
this rava is something like suji which is used for upma but little thicker one.So i was thinking whther both r same.We live in finalnd.problem is here evything is in finnish almost evrything is written in all languages except english.Yeah I have got the peanutbutter which u mentioned still not yet tried. What do u add for fat in ur baby's diet??I bought some butter which has 80g of fat,and some cheese been adding it in his rice.my son is good in height but he is somewhat slim type.he is 18months old.I want him to put up some weight.problem is i give him soymilk which is good in protein but fat is very less in it and also no cholestrol.(hes allergic to cows milk) and im not able to get full fat soy milk here.

Hi! I'm glad your baby liked it. Some of the other things i give my baby are;(1) Boil two tablespoons of dalia in half cup milk, keep it boiling for about 5 mints till dalia soft, add it to half mashed banana.(2) Cook an apple and add grated paneer ,mash them together. In this you can also give pear in place of apple.(3) You can also give suji, take half spoon of ghee and heat, add two spoons of suji ,let it brown a little then add half to one cup of milk let it boil and keep on low for five mints. Take off frm heat add one small spoon of honey and let it cool before giving it to the baby. (4)can also try taking half banana and mash it,cook half apple and take 1 spoon of peanut butter ,mix all three things it becomes like a dessert. Hope your baby likes these things, all the best.
