dinesh,
seems you or both of you keep thinking of baby every month. stop doing that, that will add to anxiety and negative impact on conception.

tell us your age and her age. tell how regular her cycles are.
Besides all trying for 4 months and failure does not mean there is issue so don't get these thoughts in your mind.

Guess, you must go and meet your gynac. So that he/she can guide u and tell you to do the needful.
