hope we all will make this group grow and beneficial for each other by helping each other .
as we all know this grp is for fathers and mothers (etc)for discussing the problems,sugestions,remedies and solutions regarding our lttle angels(kids).
there are many times that we dont know wat to do in prticular
situations and sometimes dont have anybody to ask for .In that case
we need somebody to help, so by joining this group we can have many of us who can help us by sharing their views.

Hi Ruchika,
Nice to read about your message and it is very encouraging. The reason I am joining is to tell all the mothers in the world that in case you are a step-mother, do not neglect your foster children because they are innocent and look forward blindly to a love as of a true mother. I am step mother for a 12 year old girl and I would like to give some suggestions for such step mothers all over the world.

This is an old thread but one thing no-one said was that exercise is important for gut motility. All the green veg and pear juice will be limited in their effectiveness if the kid isn't very physically active (just walking more and driving less helps!)
