hi all my doctor prescribed me to take estrogen for a week and come back to see her.but i heard its not given during pregnancy .can some tellme if its ok to take it during pregnancy.my chances dont look good i am going for a second openion tomorrow. When the doc told you that they didn't see any fetus, did you ask why that is? Because your HCG level (17000) seems to be good. Is it keep increasing day by day, becausse it should. Did they try to listen to the heartbeat of the fetus. It is little early to hear the heart beat well. But, it will sure help to understand what is going on.
Do you experience any mild cramps or bleeding? You are right. estrogen should not be given during pregnancy. Naturally it should be high during pregnancy.
You mentioned that your last period is July 27th and your cycle is 35 days long so, you should be about 5 weeks pregnant now.
It is good that you are going for a sechond opinion. Don't loose hope dear. I will keep you in my prayers. Be positive, i know it is hard right now. But, have more faith in God. He will help you and guide in every step of the way.
