Hi,

My baby girl is 14 months old and i would like to know other similar age babies' diet routine. Please share.

Mine:

9:30 am breastmilk followed by cereal (infant) or idly with yougurt

12:30 pm rice + dal + any 1 vegeatable + ghee

4 pm Infant cereal

7:30 pm idly with yougurt

10 pm : breastmilk and sleep

I am running out of food ideas, please share any recipes that your babies like. THis will be very helpful for me.

She refuses to eat fruits. Before 1 month she used to eat grated pears, apple. But now i feel like her appetite has come down. In between these meals, she doesnt snack on anything. So, please suggest me any snacks or how do you give fruits to ur babies, how much and what fruits?

How do u give roti to baby? I mean, isnt hard to chew for them? Please let me know

Thanks.

My baby is only 9 months but you can try giving fruits like i do. Cook an apple that is boil it. Add half a banana and some peanut butter, readily available in supermarkets it should be a creamy one not with pcs of peanuts, put all three in a blender the paste is ready and easy for you to feed the child who is not interested in friuts. you can also cook a pear . add any fruits in a blender and try. hope it works. For in between meals you can make suji kheer. Add some ghee in a pan on heat, then add a tablespoon of sooji, when it is a little brown add some milk let it boil for one two mints ,the milk shud be about half a teacup. Take it off from heat and add some honey for taste. Fresh fruit juices can also be tried . All the best.
