Hi guys,

Realised that there no thread for baby food recipies, so thought why not start one. Lets keep this thread going with all the recipies we know. BTW I am a mother of a crawling 10 month old boy :)

Hi va123,
My daughter is 10 months old. Apart from the usual cooked white or brown rice, veggies and fruits and ragi kanji I sometimes give her asparagus soup. - steam it, add just a tiny bit of garlic roasted in butter for flavor.

Hi! i have a 8mnth old baby. Some of the things that i give her are;boil 1/4th cup dalia/broken wheat in half cup of formula milk or whole milk, add half mashed banana in it and serve it at room temp. Boil vegetables like potatoes, spinach, carrots, peas, pumpkin , can mix few pcs of all or any combination . Put in a blender and add little milk for easy swallowing.
