good news i am 6 week pregenant according to my doctor i will be going for a ultasound in a week.but i am a little concerned as i dont have any symptoms of pregnancy except a little tender breast and constipation is it normal.because some say that if u have morning sickness mean your ormones are working propery to help fetus grow can some help me .i am confused and i am not sure what all to eat and what to avoid my doctor said ican run etc but some say that this is a critical time and i should not so i dont know.My best wishes to all of those who are trying and waiting fora miracle may your wishes come true soon.

First of all CONGRATULATIONS on getting Pg, i am little behind you, i am 4W5days pg. I dont have any symptoms at all, except a little tiredness that's all i have. hope everything is gonna be alright for both of us. Let's keep everything in gods hand.

Pregnancy symptoms

I am not a doctor but it is normal not to have all the pregnancy symptoms. I did not have morning sickness with my son and the pregnancy was fine (touch wood). Pregnancy hormones are known to make your digestive system sluggish, hence cause constipation. So you can be assured that your hormones are working!! But if you are concerned about hormones do mention it to your doctor who can check blood levels.

Have atleast 8 glasses of fluid a day to alleviate constipation and prevent uterine cramping.
