I have a 9 months old son.I think that babies need fat also for their growth.I just want to ask that can i give my son cheese & cream.I live in USA.Pls tell me that is there any liquid cheese available in the stores ?Which brand?If i don't get liquid cheese then can i give him normal cheese? &what abt cream?

I just read your reply to Sonu. Your child's main source of nutrition should be coming from breastmilk or formula. This is probably why your child weighs less and is not as tall. I would go see your doctor and see if there are other alternatives. Perhaps mixing breastmilk with formula will work for you. It is very dangerous that your child is not drinking milk, although it is possible that your child is getting the amount necessary (24 oz) at night, but unlikely.

hi priya,

as ur baby is just 9 mths n shud be breastfeedg he is getting required fat from ur BM but if u wan to give him extra fat just put half tspn ghee in his rice n dal.about cheese i suggest to wait till 1 yr after that u can add creram n cheese in his food.u can give potatoes with cheese n cream babies love it.

even i feel the same as priya ,of course my baby drinks BM, but i wanna give him some more fat as he weighs very less,where can i get the cream can u tell me the name

Hi sonu,
Thanks for your reply.I am adding ghee in his food.I was worried bcoz my baby doesn't drink milk,even he doesn't like to do breastfeed also.Only in nights he does breasfeed.before 2-3 months suddenly he stoped drinking BM.So i don't know what shud i do?He is very active but his weight & hight is less.
