Feeding:mor breakfast for my 5mon old.help me

I stay in UK where i dont get ragi or the precious pulses of india. please can any one suggest me the breakfast for my 5 monold son.I used give ragi malt for my elder kid which we used to prepare at home. but unfortunately i dont get these in my surrounding areas. pls suggest me a good and healthy breakfast for my son

Hi ,

Have you check if they have \";millet\"; in the local stores - same as ragi. they should have since thet also use that for making bread.

Also I am sure you get red lentils ( masoor dal ) and cowpeas ( chana ) etc - please check the english names of the dals - I think Indian foods are quite popular and you should get them.

Where do you live in UK ?

Thanks for ur suggestion, I'll try for millet in ASDA. I do get chana and masoor but i feel chana will cause indigestion problems. And masoor i am giving him in the noon, so i need ragi for his breakfast.
