I got my BFP today, i am thrilled and happy.

Thanks for your support, u r wonderful and promopt at responding, thanks!Can you tell me what care i need to take. I am 4w and 4 days long.i am taking prenatals, what foods do i need to stop taking? I heared ashgaurd is good for the baby, is it true?

COngratulations dear. We are all so happy for u.Atleast we are assured that god is listening to our prayers but waiting for the right time to bless each one of us with a little angel.
Anyway u take care, take lots of rest, eat proper and healthy food on time, oh get enough pampering from your near and dear ones (this is the time when we can be pampered more) and tht feeling is everlasting.
Once again i hope u hve a smooth pregnancy.Keep us posted.

Anyways, since u had asked.. My follicle was 19 x 17 mm. and my doc asked me to go for HCG the next day. And immediately after that I resumed my job etc., so just get so tired! but still trying :)
Take care girl. Please don't stress. Relax, eat healthy & stay healthy for your baby.

Heartiest Congratulations!! All the very best. Take care and dont lift heavy things, take rest, drink lots of water and pls. dont exert yourself.
btw, what does BFP stand for?? i know it has to do everything with pregnancy. i know i am being foolish asking this but nevertheless. Whom else can I ask other than you?

congrats, I knew you are pregnant before you took test, right on Friday I knew it.
I don't know about ashgaurd:(
do not eat egg, raw salad, salad dressing, myonnaisse, do not drink tea or anything that contain caffine.
drink plenty of fluid (water) at least 10 glasses per day.
have at least two servings of fresh fruit and eat as much as you can before you get severe morning sickness.
do not do long standing duties or do not lift anything, take life easy and slow. No rigorous activities.

I am going with my gut feelings and try to keep relaxed and cautious as much as possible. If you were in India and were buying eggs from known family who have hens I would recommend boiling but with grocery stuff I just don't feel that comfortable.
I recommend eggs in second trimester, of course boiled and completed cooked. Not in first trimester.
NO, you did not hear wrong but this is my way of handling pregnancy, to follow or not is your choice:)
