We have just started ttc and this month we have tried during the fertile period and need to wait until the end of this month to see the results. I am doing an intermediate level of workout with abs and back exercises including weight training ans some cardio. Is it ok for me to continue with this level or shud i go easy on the weights? can any1 pls help me?

Puja i would recommend you not to do any exercises with stress involved...liek working on abs..try to avoid tht....walking is fine.....try not to do any other atleast till u get ur results....

Yes, you can exercise while ttc as long as it is not intense workout. It is however important to keep yourself hydrated during the exercise. Hope this helped!
