hi guys,

I would be visiting india in january with my baby. My baby will be 15 months old then, I have a question what milk can I give her? Formula or cow milk. Can buffalo milk be given or is it to hard to digest.

Hi all moms
I suggest use cows milk.Prefer a tetrapacked one.Tetrapacked cows milk is easily available in any departmental store in India.Although Manufacturers suggest to consume tetrapaced milk without further boiling ,I suggest that You should always boil the milk before feeding to your child.Cows milk should be prefered against Buffalo milk and toned milk as it contains phosforus which is good for Brain devlopment.It also has balanced fat contents.

i am pragathi mother of 1yr1month old baby girl my concern is i am planning to stop breast feeding comletele as i gave already started feeding her rice and chapathi but in between she asks for my milk
and i am in dilemma as to which milk shud i be feeding?atleast during the night time before going to sleep.
as u mentioned the Awin or Arokya milk can u please explain as to what is it and where can i find them as i am living in hyderabad, andhra pradesh.i will be thankful if u cud help me with the info.
