I am in 2 minds what would i do when my baby is 6 month old & I join office which is better maid at home or creche?
Whom shud i trust to leave my precious little daughter with?

I am a resident of Navi Mumbai planning to start a workplace Creche . In this regard i would like the support of all working mothers like you to help serve better . I would be obliged if you could fill up the questionnaire below and maybe get it filled by as many working mothers as possible to make my venture successful. The motive behind the questionnaire is to to get a fair idea as to how far is the project viable in India , running successfully in UK and elsewhere.

I was in the same dilemma till I talked to my senior who is a successful lady in her career.
She says leaving a maid with kid in a creche is the best option. She knows a good creche. If you need the name ,contact me.
And do let me know how u managed it finally. Meenu gupta replied. To deal with such a situation, I suggest that u can keep a maid for the baby and side by side u can opt for a home based creche where they allow the maids to accompany the child. That ways there will be a double check on both of them the creche lady as well as the maid and the baby will be all right also. While u r on the way back home after work, u can pick them up , u can go home and play with the kid and the maid can do the rest of the house keeping. That ways u r even free after work from house keeping job and also u get time with ur kid. This gives the great feeling of satisfaction of spending time with ur kid. And also u r more calm at work as that frees of the all time tension how wld the kid be at home if with the maid and how wld the household work be done if u opt for a creche only and no maid. I feel leaving your daughter with a maid will be better till she is at lesat 2 years old only if the maid is caring and trustworthy,because the child has more chances of getting an infection till he/she is 2 years old as her immunity is still not strong.Otherwise creche is a better option.
Jaya Oceangem replied. Hi, I sympathize with you as I am in the same dilema. But frankly, I think leaving your kid in a Creche should be more better than keeping a maid inside your house.
You run a higher risk keeping a stranger inside your house with total access to every item in the house, with access to invite over other strangers...etc. Do let me know how you solve the dilema. Regards.
