Please tell me How to prepare khichdi? Please explain in step by step.My baby is 15 months old and eats everything only if its overcooked and mashed.

u can also boil carrot,potato,tomato or anyone of them just to give a change in taste everyday.

hi,

to prepare khicadi soak rice n yellow mung dal for few mintues.ratio 2:1.then cook in cooker.whn its ready in cooker.put ghee in pan.vaghar it with jeera,onion n garlic.put little garlic bcz it helps babies to digest n get rid of gas.put little haldi n pour whole rice n dal mixer in it .u can put more water in khicadi as per consistency.
