Hi Rakesh, i think vision is a trouble or else he is not getting proper sleep. See to it that he is getting 8 hours sleep in the night and have some nap in the afternoon which will support him.

My best friend also used to have quite frequent headache. Her headaches were usually triggered by specific things that she ate or by sunlight. Notice these things for your son and see what things trigger his headache and then avoid them for him.

Your son can be suffering from migraine problem. It is becoming very common in kids now a day because of their modern life style and as they are always under stress about their school or college life which causes all this.

Get your son's eye checked once to be sure because headache in children is 80% because they have specs. So to be sure get him tested and then if his vision is normal then take him to his normal doctor for checkup.

It could be migraine or sinusitis. Get him checked at a hospital. It could even be due to long hours of watching tv and playing games as suggested by Red Petal. One of my daughter's friends at her school was recently diagnosed with migraine. The poor child suffers terrible headaches. Get it checked properly.

Though it is quite a late reply I hope it might be helpful for other mothers. When children complain about any health issues then it is very important to look after it seriously. Take him/her to the hospital and check with the doctor. Also make sure that the kid does not says the reason for name sale and he/she is seriously affected.

Is this the first time your son had a headache? If not what is the frequency of headaches? Maintain a diary to record a description of attacks can help the doctor make an accurate diagnosis.A complete evaluation by the doctor will help in daignosis and complete cure.

Check out other symptoms associated with headache to understand his headache better. It will also help you when visiting a doctor. Feeling nauseous or throwing up along with throbbing headache indicates migraine.

How severe is your son' s headache? If severe and frequent, then you need to check with a doctor. Postponing this will make matters worse. He could be having migraine. Check it out with your son' s doctor.

RE:Consticipation for 4 years old
This is an old thread but one thing no-one said was that exercise is important for gut motility. All the green veg and pear juice will be limited in their effectiveness if the kid isn't very physically active (just walking more and driving less helps!)
Also, my usual comment - use a child-size glycerin suppository if he's gone for two or more days without doing a do.... - Suzanne [View Message]
