Dear Naina,
It may sound hard but it's better to wait for fertility treatment for another six months. I know you mentioned your need of a child but leave that to God and try your efforts.

Once you got pregnant suggest you both did not have fertility issue. Also once getting pregnant does not mean things will click just like that for second time, the fertility issues are same for first time ttc or subsequent rounds of ttc.

Fertility however starts to not respond very well if you are in your late 20s and if you are in early 30s then you must wait for another six months.

What might help and you don't need to buy that but difficult to do is to bear with situation and have patience. Do not harbor anxiety or strees during this period and I know couples who are healthy face trouble because they count on each cycle and this is what is wrong. Because when they count they are paying too much attention and stressing their body, which is very bad for ttc.

you did not tell what all you did to know ovulation?
have you bbt,
cervical mucus measurement
and/ or
used opk?

how regular your cycles are and what's lenght, add your age to that and your spouse age with the type of work you both have to do.

May be if you answer to points will be in a position to help you.

Archie
