I started using femara/Letrozole 2.5 mg this month. I went for an ultrasound on day 13 and they found a follicle on right measuring 12mm and a follicle on left measuring 16.5 X 20.1 (they said it is 18mm) and my nurse gave me HCG shot that same day.
do you think we can take shot when the follicle is 18mm? i am also charting, my temp the day before the HCG shot at 7.00 am is 97.0,the next day my temp at 5.00 am is 97.0 and the temp at 6.40 is 97.5 dont knpw which temp to consider, and today my temp at 5.00 am is 97.2. i usually temp aroung 7.00 but i woke up at 5.00 these 2 days which i shouldn't have done. can you please guide me where i am, is the HCG shot working? Am i ovulating?

hcg shot could be done around 18 mm sized follicle, that's OK.

The temp shooting up as expected. Did you have intercourse before and the day you had intercourse?

Temp today at 7 am woulw be considered to be 97.6 F given that at 5 am it was 97.2 F, that's OK and should remain like this for about 17 days.

Since you have not told your other days temp before hcg shots it's indeed difficult to track but looks all progressing well.
