I am 5 week pregnant now. We were planning for kid but dint expected we would conceive so fast. I am kind of scared now,I still had so many stuffs to do. But this pregnancy stopped my life.Help

It is quite natural for a to-be-mother and sometimes even an expectant father to be stressed about parenting. Your fears can cause you to get very stressed and not take good care of yourself. Now that you are pregnant, you will be able to accept it better if you join a good pregnancy class [prenatal] and especially one that has a support group, where you can comfortably share your concerns and listen to how others are coping. Life has many facets... jobs, career, children, social life etc and they can go hand in hand. The fact that this was a planned pregnancy does not automatically make it wonderful especially in the early weeks when there are so many physical discomforts and you feel out of sorts. Take care and seek help with a good prenatal class, also talk to an experienced counselor

i had an ultrasound done on my 8th week and baby´ s doing good... Me and my partner discussed about how we take things and suppot each other.. that really comforted me lot. Now i am 10 week pregnant and i am taking good care of myself and baby.. But my Mother-in-law´ s health is not good.. We might need to travel back to India, little bit worried about that.. and is it safe to travel in Flight while pregnant ?
