My AF was due on Feb10th,coz last mth it was on Jan10.Till now no signs.I have tummy pain its light,I can feel when i touch it,not in a mood to eat anything.I have gained 22lbs.What to do?
No signs of pregnency what do you think I shd do.I know if I check HPT it ll be -ve.Kinda stressed friends.Need your support.

So today being the 14th you are approximately 4 days late. When did you ovulate this month?
Calculate 14 days from then and take a HPT. Hopefully you get a positive. Will pray for you.

You gained 2 lbs or 22 lbs that too in how much time? This month , last 2 months ?

Hi ... don't lose hope

Hi SP,
Don't lose hope. Take care of yourself. Please don't mind me telling you this, but excercise is very important to be able to get pregnant. Excercising keeps you fresh and looking good too ! You can do a good 30 minute cardio like aerobics or joggng every day till you ovulate. And after ovulation you do a mild cardio like walking on the tread mill etc.
It's important to excercise. Trust me when I tell you that.
I am fine. Very very busy with work. But need to get back to excersing soon. See even I put on weight very easily if I don't excercise.
Girl, you will get pregnant and have a baby soon. Take care. If you are not successfull in 2 cycles go to your doctor with your BBT charts and questions. Get a complete work up done.
Also OPKs are not always right. In my case this month I never got a + opk result. But I did ovulate ....
So have fun with your hubby every other day from day 13 to day 27 of your cycle. I know it's easier said then done.

Have faith and things will happen when they need to happen.
