How are you all...sorry long time never chat with you all..very busy with my office work..
by theway...today supposed is my period due...but thank go until now its not....but there are white liquid discharge since yesterday and my abdominal is slightly pain since this morning...i'm scared i may get my period...pls advice is the white liquid discharge sign for my period...or i have a chance to be pregnant....i don't have any pregnancy sysmtoms so far...

Pls advice whether i have are chance or not...

i do feel my breast is larger than normal and frequetly past urine both day and nite....beside that i don't have any other pregnance symtoms...

fyi...i already delay 1 day of my period and today is the 2nd day...pls advice when i can try to do the urine test at home..

don't loose hope, neither you should stress out.
white discharge if you never get prior to period then it is a good sign.
you may or may not be pregnant.
white discharge and abdominal discomfort are fine.
do you have breast tenderness?
do you feel to go restroom more frequent than routine schedule?

Hello Thana,

OPK stands for Ovulation Predictor Kit.

BBT stands for Basal Body Temperature.

You can buy OPK and BBT in any store..Walmart, Walgreens etc. OPK is a packet with test sticks (just like the home pregnancy test(hpt) sticks.

BBT is a digital Thermometer. You have to use it in the morning just before you get up from your bed. It reads your basal body temperature.

Both OPK and BBT are used to find out when you are ovulating.

White discharge iam not sure off dear.
