HELP ME PLEASE! My 18 months son suddenly stop eating main meals. He is just after sweet things and biscuits, then i stop all sweets things, he did not eat for 2 days, even i stop giving him mid morning milk then i start feedding him roti and sag with tomato sauce he started eating little bit after 1 week then he was ill for few days then he was not eating again, now even not with sauce. So i try feeding him Roti and sweet mango pickel, and now he only eat roti and pickel in his lunch dinner not eating with curry, rice, dal, vegetable nothing. In breakfast also he suddenly stop eating his conflakes, he just want bread with jam, even if i put choco conflakes in milk he is not having it.

Please advice untill now he was having peeled food and i never had problem feeding him he was having all our indian food even spicy things as well. But now he only wants sweet things i.e mango pickel and jam. Please advice me what can i do. I want him to eat Roti sag/curry, rice dal as we do. i am just waiting for that day to come like anything. Pooja , its OK , don't worry too much.Just give him whatever he likes.If he like sweets , give him home made stuff like kheer(rice, milk,sugar,ghee) or anything else you can think off . If he likes chapatis , give it with milk & sugar / Ghee & Sugar. Don't keep troubling them too much , keep trying in intervals. I have a little one too, a son who is 18 months too , who is a difficult one with food.
