hey people ...
need your help badly in loosing weight on my butt n thighs my weight is 55 kgs n need to lose another 5 kgs ...please help

hellooo...u can do skipping in order to loose weight on thighs and butts and even try doing situpss that is hold on back of chair and do situps this will get ur butt in shapee in month if u do this regularly...all the more u can buy exercise videos of JANE FONDA which r specially targetted to loose weight on thighs butts and tummy and u get them just for rs 150 and it really helpsss..u can try massaging ur thighs or mayb even whole body with olive or sesame oil as these oils burns fats and u loose inches from ur body...and one more thing if u live in high rise building try using steps instead of elevator it really helps i do it myself dailyyy...and i lost 3 kgs just by climbing stairs 3 times a day without dieting or anything...my house is on tenth floorr...believe me it really does help...and this exercise videos also helps a lottt...i do all these regularly and i have lost many inches from all over my body...u can even do weight traininggg alternate dayss gud option to give shape to ur body....
