Dear Sam,
Looks like you are 18 weeks pregnant and you have gained about 7 pounds. If I were to consider your weight before pregnancy and today. Looks not bad. I will not be concerned until next appointment updates. Make sure you do not get swellings, that's indication of fluid retention. If that happens then you will cut down salt and carbs.

May be you are normal from your morningsickness and eating heathy, which you should.

your bp is excellent and not a concerning issue.

good that you are feeling fetal movements.

Archie

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
