Name: Anupama Hi everyone,
Please say hello to darling Aditi born on 30th August 2001 at 5.14 p.m. wt.5.5 lbs ( she was in a terrible hurry- arrived 17 days early).
Labour lasted for approx. 3 hrs. Went to hospital on 29th at 2.15 p.m. Pain had not intensified till next noon. Hence, had to be induced at around 2 p.m. because I had dilated about 5 cms. The 1st injection started the pains, and then after the 2nd and 3rd one, the contractions were terrible. My bag broke at around 4.15 p.m. and I delivered at 5.14 p.m.
Could not believe I had a girl, even asked the doc. if he was joking! This is the 1st girl on my dh's side after 58 years. So you can imagine the happiness and joy.
My son has decided on the name Aditi, because that is the name of his teacher at school last year and she is his favourite.
We will have a small naming ceremeony on Monday 10th Sept.

Hi! Anupama,

Realy ur lucky to have normal delivery. Niki & Priya had C-section. Praying to God for their early recovery.

Ur house must be full of joy with a new born. Enjoy the warm and happy moments.

Even I have made up my mind for both normal as well as C-sec, sometimes I feel scared. As my mom's arrival is delaying, I feel lonliness. I try to avoid those feelings and worries. But beyond everything I feel worried.

Just pray for me.
