Happy to hear about ur delivery. By God's grace everything had gone fine for u people. Enjoy the Parenthood and give us ur experiance in each stage.

Introducing Aditi !

Hi All,

Congrats on your little bundle of joy! I too delivered on 30th August at 5.14 p.m. So, please welcome darling Aditi ( wt. 5.5 lbs) ( she was in a terrrible hurry- arrived 17 days early).
Hope to hear lots more good news one after the other.
My labour was approx. 3 hrs. My pains did not intensify even after 12 hrs. though I had dilated about 5 cms, and hence I had to be induced at around 2 p.m. The first injection started the process and then following the 2nd and
3rd one, I broke my water bag at around 4.15 p.m. Then the pain was terrible, and fortunately, I delivered at 5.14 p.m. I did not believe it was a girl and even asked the doc. if he was joking! Everyone in my family was waiting for a girl. On my hubby's side, this is the first girl after 58 years. So you can imagine the happiness and joy. She looks more like my dh and son and has a cute round face.
We will have the naming ceremony on Monday. My son has chosen the name Aditi, because it is the name of his favourite teacher at school last year.
He wanted a sister at any cost! Looks like his prayer worked!
