Hi Roopa,

A few additions that came to my mind after reading your list:

I have heard of special pads (Sanitary napkins) to wear during the first few days or so. This is because the bleeding will be heavy during the first few days. Also, there are disposable panties available for this period.
These are available at Mother Care outlets.

And one more thing. Its better you have a pair of baby nailcutters handy. My neice had really long nails when she was born. She was scratching all over her face with her nails. We had to rush to the shop, and get the nailcutters.

Also, you can invest upon a good feeding pillow. Its designed such as to fit around your tummy. You can place your baby on this pillow and feed him/her. ( Was quite useful for my sis-in-law. Again its found in Mother Care).

Soap boxes to keep your soap and baby' s soap in.
Dettol or Savlon
