hi pranjal
read your message abt milk production. I have found fenugreek very helpful in it.Either u can by the capsules at GNC , or you can simply eat methi as a sabzee. i usually buy the ppkt of frozen methi from the indian store and cook it wih aloo or matar. Do check out the website www*breastfeeding*com.There is a whole section devoted to fenugreek and its role in milk production.
