Day care is better than maid

Being a parent of one yr old child i chose a day care which not only keep my child for whole day but also teach him different activities like thumb printing, finger printing,excursions, rhymes,good table manners etc. I am very fortunate to keep my child in another home--Rising day care, its in New Colony.

i have got son with the age of 2.i was badly in search of a day care where my child can get family nd hyginic enviornment>my search ended at the rising pre school>i m very happy with the facilities being provided>school hours are very cnvinient>8 am to 8 pm>6 days week.i wd suggest all parents to go nd visit the school.it has got 2 branches new colony near gurudwara.2nd at shanti nagar opp. berri vala bagh near nh 8.

Hi, Shilpi it is always better to choose day care as the single maid is not reliable and the child will learn more with other kids.. well after a long survey i chose The Rising day care for my kid and i m really happy. they give child\" s activity chart every day which is very amazing feature,it is in new colony

The best day care which I have found is Crystal house. The cost is 13500 for registration and 6500 monthly(inclusive of food). There timings are 8.30 am to 7.30 pm. They have a good setup and the rooms have good ventilation. good playground as well.

maids issue

It is better to put the children in day care. Keeping the maid is not a good idea if you are working.These maids are very smart creatures and you will never know what she will be doing with your child. I have experienced a lot.

Hi ....
My son will be 2 yr old in May09.
Please let me know if you know about any gud daycare.
In Gurgaon, daycares and cretche are very expensive. Kindly suggest me a playway/daycare which is gud obviously and whose fee structure is also ok... not 2 much. I am staying in Sec. 15 currently... better if the daycare is located in nearby area.

Shelly i can understand day cares in gurgaon are very expensive. i found the solution for that you can visit The Rising Day Care,23-A,its in New Colony Near Gurudwara. They have quite nominal charges with so many benefits.

Shelly few months back i was also worried about the same and after a long survey of this side of gurgaon (stay in sec-15)i found The Rising day care best for my baby..... they give complete details of the day when u pick the child on everyday basis... it is in new colony...must visit place before u decide.... reasonable also

Daycare or Maid

Hi...
In my Opinion, daycare is a better option than hiring a maid.
1. You baby is more safe in Day Care.
2. More constructive habits will be done in daycare.
3. Child will play with other children of his age and thus will learn more with them. With Maid, he will be able to learn what maid knows... you can teach everything but in your absence if he is not learning gud, should not learn bad atleast.
At least proper language is used in gud daycares and child will eat by looking at other child as well.
- Best is you yourself take care of your child, but if not possible, put him in a daycare.

Never hired minor girls as maid

would like to share a dreadful experience happened with me just a few days back regarding safety measures being overlooked by me before having a maid. I hired a maid just a week back. A girl of 16-17 yrs. to look after my child Sanjana (my 4 yrs. old daughter). I was thinking of her Police verification but somehow I was lethargic about all the process so I avoid that. I have to pay a heavy price of that. The girl was having connections with local goonda elements. A day before yesterday only I was informed by my neighbours that while the maid was alone at home a boy used to visit her.

Yesterday morning, on strictly asking the same about the incident, she narrated the whole episode, that the same boy was coming to mine house to visit her from the last three days. I immediately expelled her from her job and thought it' s all over and thanked my God but when I was driving my car to office I was chased by two local boys on their bikes, they stopped my car, threatened me with a knife that I must hire the maid back and not inform anyone about the incident or bear the grave consequences. Well, I am brave enough to handle that. But I would like to advise each and everyone should have their servant or maid verified from local Police Authorities and don' t be casual in this matter.

This incident happened in Maruti Vihar Gurgaon.

I am a mother of 4 years old son and I am working woman. I usually left home by 9 in morning and reach by 8 in evening.
I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
